Our new team member Isil Dijkstra completed her Advertising & Market Research study at Istanbul University, which followed by BA Bachelor graduation with minor marketing at Anadolu University in Istanbul. After working ten years in commercial functions in music industry in Turkey and the Netherlands she decided to develop herself further in the field of marketing and therefore she chose to study MSc Marketing at the Vrije University which she expects to graduate in November 2017.
As constant development is an inseparable part of Isil, innovation, most particularly the impact of new technologies, such as IoT and chatbots on people is her passion. This passion played a big role when she chose her graduation thesis topic: ‘’The effect of chatbot attributes and user characteristics on customer satisfaction in a service setting’’. Next to her passion to new technologies and human behavior, being socially responsible in individual as well as corporate level is very important to her. She hopes to contribute to the BR-ND team with her background and experiences while she enjoys every second of it!
