Let’s play equal.

Life can be challenging for individuals with different backgrounds and characteristics, such as gender, mental health, cultural background, and level of education. BR-ND People collaborated with several Amsterdam-based B Corp friends to create Let's Play Equal - The Most Unfair Game in the World, to promote workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (JEDI).

This game is designed to raise awareness about these issues in a fun way. While many organizations recognize the importance of creating a diverse and inclusive environment, only a few have a diversity and inclusion policy. We partnered with Blyde, Greenjobs.nl, and Misteli creative agency to launch a board game that tackles essential conversations about diversity and inclusion. With support from B Lab Benelux, we are proud to launch the final product at the B for Good Leaders Summit in Amsterdam.

Let's Play Equal is a group game for four to eight players reflecting on real-life situations. Each player starts with a card that reflects a person's characteristics, such as gender, mental health, cultural background, education level, and sexual preference. Players interact with each other about various life events, such as discrimination, promotion, and love. Through discussion, learning, and reflection, players explore who has the greatest chance of winning in "the game of life."
